Lilly

My husband and I moved to Jacksonville at the end of 2003 with our 2 year old boxer Lexie and our cats, Snickers and Squeaks. Before we moved here my dog Lexie was living with me and my parents in Texas. She had 3 other dogs to play with and was a very happy girl. When we moved to Jacksonville Lexie lost her friends... she was so upset. I contacted CAPS and found out about a little boxer mix whose owners kept her outside in a chain in the cold. When I went to see her it was love at first site. She was a little chubby blonde ball that just rolled out the door.  It has been just over a year now since we got her and she has been such a joy.  We named her Lilly. She and Lexie are now the best of friends and we have recently added a new addition to the family that we adopted from Pitt County.  Thank you so much for helping me find such a sweet baby. I don't know what I would do without them.
